Little Run Flow Dip Club
FREE community event. Join us for a beach run or walk, yoga and a dip at Leighton Beach.
What to expect
Time: Thursday, 5.30 - 6.30 AM Duration: 1-hour Instructor: Em Cook Location: Leighton Beach Starting 30th Jan, on Thursday mornings, we meet at Leighton Beach (on the sand in front of Bib & Tucker and the North Fremantle Surf Club). 5:30 AM: Stroll, jog, run, meditate on the sand. 6 AM: Em will lead you through a gentle yoga flow. 6.30 AM: Afterwards, we can have a dip. Stick around for a coffee and chat. Feel free to join the entire morning or just one part. What to bring Good vibes, yoga mat, clothes to move in, bathers, towel, cash for coffee or breakfast, and reusable coffee cup. This is a free event. Bring a friend or come to make new ones and connect with like-minded people. BOOKING IS NOT REQUIRED :) However, please book if you'd like to be emailed about any changes. Hi, I'm Em
I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.
I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.
I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.
I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.
Locations
All classes and retreats are at North Fremantle Community Hall, 2 Thompson Rd, North Fremantle,
except for Run Flow Dip Club, which is held at Leighton Beach.
