What to expect

Enjoy a heart-opening, loving awareness practice designed for couples to experience that floaty, connectedness we feel after breathwork, yoga and meditation. No strangers. This is a mini-retreat for just you and your loved one. Your private couples retreat comes to you. If your home or holiday house has room for yoga mats, then you can have the benefits of your own private yoga retreat at your place. I can also suggest venues. I service areas surrounding Perth and South-West, Western Australia. The total cost for a 3-hour mini retreat is $400. This cost covers the 2 of you. Yoga equipment is provided and all levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please allow at least up to 14 days in advance. To reschedule, please allow at least up to 7 days in advance. Refunds and credits will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Hi, I'm Em

I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.

I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.

I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.

I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.
